I considered this a really big event for all collectors...  for both the members that showed and those that could not.
But I'm really disappointed that a forum member hasn't posted very detailed information about this great event.

I'd like to know how many collectors were there ?
How many Regis members were there ?
How long did it last ?
Did any members bring bottles to trade or exchange ?
Did any collector bring a small part of their collection to show or display ?
Exactly what did Pernod/Absolut do to help sponsor the event ?
Were their any promotional give-a-ways ?
Did Pernod donate anything to the party?
Did Pernod discuss any new releases or upcoming new flavors / covers ?
Did everybody stay overnight ?   Did everybody go out after the party ?

Please post more pictures of the party as I know that everybody wants to see more !!

Thanks

Ok let me try to answer you some of the questions:

It lastet till 5 o clock in the morning. The sightseeing tour in Berlin started again at about 11. So some of us have been very tired ;-)
Many guys brought bottles with them and traded there ( well the deals where made bevor the party but this way we didnt pay for shipping)
For exactly info what PR sponsored please ask one of the guys who organized the event. I can say they sponsored the bar, the barkeeper the vodka .....
Yea we also got a promotional item: a small black absolut ice bucket
We didnt hear anything about a new release from PR
I think about 20 or more guys stayed over night and about 14 made a sightseeing tour on the next day together.

There will be much more photos but it needs some time to sort all of them and find some good ones.

I hope that a bit more info you like to know

Great questions, Tony, I'd like to know as well.  It will also help us organize future events, which I'm sure there'll be sooner than later.  Come on, give us some details + more photos  Razz

Speaking of future events, perhaps we can arrange one in Sweden while visiting the Åhus factory.  I know some folks who'll give us the VIP insider's tour.  I'll be over there this summer around July/August.  Keep your schedules open.

@ Don Tony totally agree

@Jesper i'd love to come!!

We'll figure something out... just keep your schedules open around the beginning of August.  I was also thinking about checking out Hotel ÅhusStrand, where the owner (Mats Svensson, self-proclaimed King of Vodka) might give us a peak at the world's most expensive Absolut bottle... their bar looks like a lot of fun too.

Okay
