Is it normal that a 375ml blue with the new text still has got the old seal where it is said "Absolut" on it instead of the new seal with "country of Sweden"?

Absolut Vodka blue labels 750ml (varieties).
The bottle on the far left is the oldest, dating back to 1979 (the year that Absolut Vodka started in the United States). It includes a plastic "coin" type of medallion. Over the years, the caps, seals, medallions, text, bottle type (including the groove on the back used for alignment purposes), etc. have changed.
